The Hettegger Family

A large family brought up with a passion for hospitality

For three generations we have been making sure that you feel welcome at our Hotel in Großarl, living and working together in a family-run business. The whole family helps out, because we all share a passion for taking care of our hotel and our guests.

Now we, Martina and Thomas Hettegger, are taking over Hotel Edelweiss in Berchtesgaden – a new home for us and our daughters Anna and Theresa (aged 3 and 5).

What we are taking with us from Grossarl is many years of experience, our family traditions and a few loyal employees. The whole family will also be here to help us in Berchtesgaden: Stefan in the kitchen and his partner Katrin in our Edelweiss Beauty & Vitality Residence.

All we need now is for you, our guests to bring some life to our hotel. We want you to feel at home, just like we do ...
