You can reach the city of Salzburg in about 30 minutes, Grossarl in about an hour and Munich in about 1.5 – 2 hours. There is a very good connection to Salzburg by public transport. You can get timetables at the reception.
We always want to give you a perfect, lovingly prepared room. We therefore ask for your understanding that the room cannot be occupied before 3 p.m. On the day of departure we will make your room available to you by 11:00 a.m.
In the event of late arrival and early departure, the room will be billed on the agreed dates. If you arrive before 3 p.m. or leave after 11 a.m., the spa area can be used free of charge. On the day of departure, the EDELWEISS Spa is available to you until 3:00 p.m. Please report this to the reception.

With the guest card, the buses can be used free of charge. There is a ski rental directly at the Berchtesgaden/Oberau ski school or at Intersport Renoth.
For the check-in you can park directly in front of the hotel. Afterwards you can park in the public underground car park. The entrance is directly opposite the hotel. On the 2nd basement level there are parking spaces reserved especially for the hotel (daily fee €8.00).
From the garage you can take the elevator directly to the reception or to the floor of your room. Max. entrance height: 2.00 m. Our car lift can also be used for taller cars (max. 2.20 m). If necessary, please let the reception know. There are a total of six charging stations (including two Tesla stations) for e-vehicles in the underground car park at -2.
In the second basement of the underground car park you will find our e-charging station for your electric car. We have a type 2 connection and a Tesla charging station there. We do not have charging cables – please bring them yourself! To use the e-charging station, please come to the reception with your room card. As a hotel guest, this will be activated free of charge.

At check-in you will receive a digital guest card. The guest card is the key to many offers in the tourist region Berchtesgaden-Königssee, in the Bavarian State Spa Bad Reichenhall and Bayerisch Gmain, in the Salzburger Land and in the Chiemgau.
With the guest card you can travel free of charge on almost all bus and train lines in the area of the Berchtesgaden-Königssee region. Car users benefit from a 50% discount on municipal excursion parking lots. At numerous facilities or events you receive free or reduced admission. Please do not hesitate to contact our reception if we can assist you with your luggage. We are happy to provide secure luggage storage at the reception on your arrival and departure day. Suitcase trolleys are available in the underground car park on the second basement level.
For the smallest guests, a babysitting service can be booked on request and with advance notice. Because happy babies need relaxed parents. For a fee of € 15,- per hour, a single childcare provider will take full care of your little ones individually by arrangement. Childcare in the Kids Club for children over the age of 3 is free of charge.

In the 2nd basement, directly connected to the underground parking, there is a locked, heated ski & bike cellar. This can be unlocked by our guests with the room card and used free of charge for private equipment. In addition, there is a device for washing your bike.

All our pillows and comforter covers from Mühldorfer are additionally equipped with Imprima Antivira protective covers. These are the best protection against transmission of viruses and bacteria thanks to the proprietary HeiQ Viroblock method.
