Yoga for me is the time in the day to be completely for myself and realign myself. Qi Gong is about aligning your thoughts with your body to structure and strengthen it. Both are experiences that I like to share in my classes and convey the joy of Far Eastern movement teachings. So may I actively accompany you on your vacation with yoga, qi gong and aqua gymnastics, maybe even on a little hike around the hotel.
