2. Natural spectacle Wimbachklamm
The Wimbachklamm in the Berchtesgaden National Park is a particularly popular destination for hikers. The Jenner cable car takes you comfortably to the mountain station, from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding Alpine panorama. An absolute highlight is the Königssee, one of the most beautiful lakes in Germany. The boat dock at the famous Malerwinkel offers a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. 5. Hiking idyll Hintersee
Another dreamlike hike is the 6.3km long tour from Hintersee to Halsalm. It leads through the Klausbach valley, which is also known as the valley of the eagles due to numerous breeding eagle pairs. Along the way, magnificent views of Hintersee and the surrounding peaks await.
